Forerunner Sentinel Type-Guardian

I've finally uploaded it. I extend apologies to drskytower for making him wait this long. Sorry man. The Guardian is one of my own creations but it is based of the HALO universe, which belongs to BUNGIE and 343i.



When Forerunner facilities need a precise defence without collateral damage, the Guardians are summoned. Armed with two regular Sentinel Beams mounted on individual arms capable of individual targeting (allowing the Guardian to engage two targets at once), and equipped with advanced A.I., enhanced sensors and a strong rechargeable energy shield to bolster it's not inconsiderable armour, the Guardian is a formidable machine. Though it lacks the explosive weapons and pulse beams and the slightly stronger armour equipped on Enforcers, it makes up for this in intelligence and with a full protection shield. Whereas the Enforcer loses interest if targets remain hidden for long enough, Guardians will continue to hunt down a target until it is confirmed dead, another more urgent threat is presented or it receives new directives. And though the frontal shields on Enforcers are stronger than that of Guardians, the shields on Guardians are only slightly weaker than an Enforcer's frontal shields, yet the Guardian's shields provide complete protection from all angles. Guardians are also more nimble than Enforcers. The drawbacks that Guardians do suffer from are that, when its shields are brought down, though it has reasonable armour, its sensor "eyes" on its front are weak points, as well as the thin booms that connect the arms to the main body. Other than these weaknesses, the Guardian is an excellent fighting machine that executes protocol with lethal efficiency. Here we can see a single Guardian defending a Forerunner complex against Flood forms, alongside two Sentinel Majors and four Sentinel Minors. Despite the name, Guardians are also effective in offence.
